Weekend Package AT: GLENCAIRN

All entered Stagger 2026 Runners will receive a unique code from Racepass via email on 7th of April 2026 at 9am.

This code is required to initiate the Quicket process to secure a room at Glencairn Farm for the Race Weekend.

If you have not received your pin by 9:30am on the 7th of April and have checked your junk mail folder, please email support@racepass.com.

Bookings will open at 09:00 on the 8th of April on Quicket.

Rooms are secured with a deposit by completing the booking information form. Once each booking is completed payment of the deposit will be required via the Quicket portal.

Runners who secure rooms will receive their booking confirmation from Quicket. Runners are kindly requested to confirm and settle the balance of their payment for their preferred accommodation at Glencairn Farm once a unique online booking link has been shared by Sani Stagger on the 20th of July.

The deposit paid to Quicket when the original booking was made will have already been deducted from this balance of payment invoice. All booking confirmations must be made through the link that will be provided, with the balance of payment in full to Quicket by the 31st July. Please ensure that your booking and payment are completed by the aforementioned dates to secure your preferred option, as availability is limited.

SANI STAGGER 2026 ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE

• 2 Nights' Accommodation at Glencairn Farm on a self-catering basis, Friday 13th and Saturday 14th November 2026

• Tickets to the Spar Food and Wine Show held at Glencairn Farm on Saturday 14th of November 2026 are included for each guest.

  Accommodation bookings at Glencairn open 8th April 2026 at 9am on Quicket.

PROCESS to secure your room

Before you begin, make sure you have received your unique code from Racepass by 9:30am on the 7th of April.

Only Sani Stagger 2026 entrants will receive a code.

Make sure you have created a Profile on Quicket. This can be done at any time.

• To book a room you will need to click the green TICKETS button.

• That will take you to the layout of Glencairn Farm, but you can only access the rooms once you enter the code you received from Racepass.

• Under Choose your Seats, there is a space to Enter Promotional unique Code.

• Enter your personal promotional unique code you received from Racepass here.

• You will now have access to the Glencairn Farm  layout where you can book your room. (the grey map will now have different colour blocks)

• Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.

• Move your mouse over the rooms (square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in & then click on the room that you want to book.

• Click on + (plus) sign to select your room & ensure the digit 1 appears then click confirm and then click on next at the bottom right - UNLESS you want to book more than 1 room.

• Should you require more than 1 room, REPEAT the process BEFORE clicking on next. 

  ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. Glencairn Cottages will  use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking.

• You will only be able to click next if you have ticked that you have read & understood the payment & cancellation terms.

• Fees may apply as per below payment & cancellation terms.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

(Please Note these are Sani Stagger event specific terms)

• Deposit payment with Quicket secures your booking.

• You will receive a Balance of Payment Invoice from Quicket on the 20th of July. This Invoice will reflect the price of the booking you made on Quicket (room category, pax in room, extra nights) less the deposit you paid on Quicket. The deposit will not be reflected on the Balance of Payment Invoice sent to you by Quicket.

• Full payment will need to be made by 31st July 2026 otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled. Bookings not fully settled by 31st July 2026, and not cancelled in writing to support@quicket.co.za before 31st July 2026, will lose the booking and forfeit the Deposit.

• Bookings cancelled in writing to Quicket before the 31st of July will receive a 90% Refund.

A waitlist for accommodation will be created should there be sufficient demand. Any cancellations after the 31st of July will be attempted to be filled from the waitlist but this cannot be guaranteed. If a cancelled booking is filled from the waitlist then the cancelled booking will be refunded in full less admin fees. Should no waitlist be created or required then the cancellation terms listed below will apply.

Glencairn Cancellation Terms After the 31st of July

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS DO NOT INCLUDE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT PAYMENT WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE 31ST OF JULY

• If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply;

• If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply;

• If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply;

• Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

• No change of booked room category will be allowed - You can amend the details of your booking up until the 10th November 2026.
