Weekend Package AT: GLENCAIRN

Running Man Adventures with Runcation and Glencairn have put together a weekend special for Sani Stagger and Stagger Trail runners and their supporters.

All entered Sani Stagger 2026 runners will have received a unique code from Racepass via email on 7th April 2026. This code is required to initiate this Quicket process to secure a room at Glencairn for race weekend.

Accommodation bookings at Glencairn will open on 8th April at 9am on Quicket. Runners who secure rooms will receive their booking confirmation from Quicket.

Rooms are secured with a deposit by completing the booking information form. Once each booking is completed payment of the deposit will be required via the Quicket portal.

Runners are kindly requested to confirm and settle the balance of their payment for their preferred accommodation at Glencairn once a unique online booking link has been shared by Glencairn on the 20th August. 

The deposit paid to Quicket when the original booking was made will have already been deducted from this balance of payment invoice. All booking confirmations must be made through the link that will be provided, with the balance of payment in full by the 31st August.

Please ensure that your booking and payment are completed by the aforementioned dates to secure your preferred option, as availability is limited.

BOOKING PROCESS

Before you begin, make sure you have received your unique booking code from Racepass by 5pm on the 7th April. Only Sani Stagger 2026 entrants will receive a code.

Make sure you have created a profile on Quicket. This can be done at any time.

To book a room you will need to click the green TICKETS button.

  • That will take you to the layout of Glencairn Farm, but you can only access the rooms once you enter the unique code you received from Racepass.

  • Under Choose your Seats, there is a space to Enter Promotional Code.

  • Enter the unique promotional code you received from Racepass here.

  • You will now have access to the Glenciarn layout where you can book your room. (The grey map will now have different colour blocks).

  • Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.

  • Move your mouse over the rooms (square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in & then click on the room that you want to book.

  • Click on + (plus) sign to select your room & ensure the digit 1 appears then click confirm and then click on next at the bottom right - UNLESS you want to book more than 1 room.

  • Should you require more than 1 room, REPEAT the process BEFORE clicking on next. 

  • ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. Glencairn will use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking, and invoice you accordingly.

  • You will only be able to click next if you have ticked that you have read & understood the payment & cancellation terms.

  • Fees may apply as per below payment & cancellation terms.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

(Please Note these are Sani Stagger event specific terms)

  • Deposit payment with Quicket secures your booking.

  • You will receive an unique booking link from Glencairn Farm On the 20th of August. This link will reflect the price of the booking you made on Quicket (room category, pax in room, extra nights) less the deposit you paid on Quicket.  The deposit will not be reflected on the Balance of Payment Invoice send to you by Glencairn Farm.

  • Full payment will need to be made by 31st August 2026 otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled. Bookings not fully settled by 31stAugust 2026, and not cancelled in writing to Glencairn Farm before 31st August 2026, will lose the booking and forfeit the deposit.

  • A waitlist for accommodation will be created should there be sufficient demand. Any cancellations after the 31st of August will be attempted to be filled from the waitlist but this cannot be guaranteed. If a cancelled booking is filled from the waitlist then the cancelled booking will be refunded in full less admin fees. Should no waitlist be created or required then the cancellation terms listed below will apply

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply

  • If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply

  • If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply

  • Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentation proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person’ ticket.

  • No change of booked room category will be allowed - You can amend the details of your booking up until the 10th November 2026.
