Running Man Adventures with Runcation and The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel have put together a weekend special for Sani Stagger and Stagger Trail runners and their supporters.

All entered Sani Stagger 2026 runners will have received a unique code from Racepass via email by 5pm on 25th March 2026. This code is required to initiate this Quicket process to secure a room at Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel for the race weekend.

If you have not received your pin to this email by 5:30pm on 25th March and have checked your junk mail folder, please email support@racepass.com.

Rooms are secured with an R1000 deposit, and completing the booking information form.

The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will compile your booking and invoice you according to the information you supply. Runners who secure rooms on Quicket will receive their invoices from the hotel by 30th May, and have until 30th September to settle their balances.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• 2 Nights’ Accommodation at Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis Friday 13th & Saturday 14th November 2026

• Dinner on Friday evening from 18h00

• Early breakfast available on Saturday for runners. Takeaway boxes available for 21km runners to take fresh baked treats on the shuttles up Sani Pass

• Saturday Dinner available from 17h30

• Leisurely buffet breakfast on Sunday

ROOMS ON OFFER

ADDITIONAL GUESTS (only in rooms with sleeper couches)

• A maximum of 2 children u16 per room or 1 person over 16 years of age.

• Children under 12 stay free during Sani Stagger Weekend, and only need to pay 50% of the meal rate – R575 per child for the weekend

• R2100 - per person over the age of 12 for Sani Stagger weekend

• Maximum of 1 teenage child/adult over 16 years of age per room where there is a sleeper couch.

EXTRA NIGHTS

Runners can add extra nights before or after the Friday and Saturday nights of the Stagger package. These will also be dinner and breakfast inclusive, and the rate for each night will be half of the package price you have chosen.

BOOKING PROCESS

Before you begin, make sure you have received your unique booking code from Racepass. Only Sani Stagger 2026 entrants will receive a code.

To book a room you will need to click the green TICKETS button.

• That will take you to the layout of the hotel, but you can only access the rooms once you enter the unique code you received from Racepass.

• Under Choose your Seats, there is a space to Enter Promotional Code.

• Enter the unique promotional code you received from Racepass here.

• You will now have access to the hotel layout where you can book your room. (The grey map will now have different colour blocks).

• Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.

• Move your mouse over the rooms (square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in & then click on the room that you want to book.

• Click on + (plus) sign to select your room & ensure the digit 1 appears then click confirm and then click on next at the bottom right - UNLESS you want to book more than 1 room.

• Should you require more than 1 room, REPEAT the process BEFORE clicking on next. 

• ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking, and invoice you accordingly.

• You will only be able to click next if you have ticked that you have read & understood the payment & cancellation terms.

• Fees may apply as per below payment & cancellation terms.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

(Please Note these are Sani Stagger event specific as the entire hotel is taken over as the race base for the weekend)

• A R1000 deposit secures your booking.

• You will receive an invoice from Premier Sani Pass Hotel by the 30th May 2026. Your invoice will reflect the price of the booking you made on Quicket (room category, pax in room, extra nights) less the deposit you paid on Quicket. The deposit will not be reflected on your invoice.

• Full payment will need to be made by 30th September 2026 otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled.

• Bookings not fully settled by 30th September 2026, and not cancelled in writing to sanipass.res@premierhotels.co.za before 30th September 2026, will lose the booking and forfeit the R1000 deposit.

• 100% cancellation fee will apply from 14th October 2026

• No refunds, other than medical will be allowed from 14th October 2026

• From 14th October to 7th November 2026, there will be a cancellation fee for injury induced cancellations, if supported by a note from your medical practitioner and contingent on your room being sold within the time left available. The refund due will be paid after the room has been sold to a runner on the waiting list.

• No change of booked room category will be allowed - You can amend the details of your booking up until the 10th November 2026, such as meal preferences and King or Twin set up - but not the room you have booked
